Yes. Talenox calculates employer and employee MPF contributions at the correct statutory rates, applying income caps automatically. It handles edge cases including mid-month joiners (with the standard contribution holiday), employees below the minimum income threshold, and employees approaching retirement age -- all without any manual input.
Since the MPF offsetting mechanism was abolished, employers can no longer offset Severance Payments (SP) or Long Service Payments (LSP) against MPF contributions. Talenox's termination cost calculations are updated to reflect this change, so your liability estimates are always accurate and properly separated from employees' MPF balances.
